The fitness room was an added bonus that was not included in the hotel's amenities. The location was easily accessible, and Jeremy (front desk staff) greeted us with a smile and had a very positive attitude!

I arrived way after check in time, and I called beforehand to convey it to the Front Desk Manager. So, as I walked in, my key card was available. Also, I went down to breakfast, and I had a lot of food to carry to my room for the kids, and the Breakfast Attendant helped me carry it all to my room on the third floor. Top tier customer service.

The location was our number one item. We were there for a funeral and you were able to accommodate everyone.

The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient and easy to get to. If you are traveling to the area it would be a good place to consider.

Nice location, newly refurbished rooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Comfortable rooms and sleepworthy beds. Totally met our needs.

I traveled on business for 30 years. This hotel puts out the best free breakfast I have ever had!!! Biscuit and REAL sausage gravy!!! Superb!

Location was good for us. We rode the Prestonsburg Passage trail on our bikes and enjoyed the town. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the big fluffy waffles. Would stay again!
